Humans of DevOps - San Francisco

In its purest form, DevOps is a practice or philosophy.

For me, it’s about collaboration, it’s about empathy, it’s about leveraging experiences, ideas, and diversity of thought from everyone involved.

I’m particularly interested in DevOps as a career path for underrepresented and marginalized populations. I’m working to de-mystify IT and CS. The proxy or default for future performance is often a computer science degree, which may be necessary, but not in every instance.

Sometimes we need to worry less about technology and more about core skills.”
