Summary Description

The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is responsible for ensuring a strong and mutually beneficial relationship with the Registered Education Partner (REP) community. The BRM supports existing REPs to grow the business by leveraging the complete DOI portfolio, assists with onboarding new strategic REPs and works to drive market awareness of the DOI portfolio and community. The BRM maintains a frequent and positive relationship with all REPs in order to support and encourage sales of DOI courses and certifications to learners. The BRM ensures that the value of DOI and its courses and certifications continually increased in the IT training and certification market.

  • A proven sales track record in Channel/Reseller capacity
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills in English and preferable another language
  • Excellent computer skills and the ability to identify, understand, use and exploit the latest business applications
  • Strong relationship manager

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reach-out to individuals within the defined target account list
  • Support REPs with sales enablement sessions and client calls
  • Work with REPs to define forecast and required activities that need to take place in order to exceed sales targets
  • Schedule regular communications with REPs to ensure they are on target to exceed defined sales targets and identify areas of support that may be required
  • Ensures REPs have DOI courses properly highlighted in promotional materials
  • Shares insight with REPs into trends & developments within the market
  • Participate and represent DOI at conferences and tradeshows to raise awareness of the DOI portfolio
  • Ensures that all CRM records are accurate & updated on a regular basis
  • Leverages CRM solution to manage opportunities & day-to-day activities
  • Leverages social media and other marketing channels to promote DOI, REPs and the courses/events of the REPs Requirements
  • Four-year college degree
  • Organizational skills - strong attention to detail and commitment to the highest quality in every task
  • Accountability - must be able to set and meet deadlines and service levels
  • Flexibility - must be able to multi-task and shift priorities when necessary
  • Comfortable working remotely and in a startup environment
  • Outgoing and creative while being able to execute on plans
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Ability to travel within the defined geography and to DOI headquarters
  • Teamwork - must be a team player, able to work well with others and committed to team success
